Day five

Lunch: pineapple strawberry coconut smoothie.

Snack: blueberry banana yogurt and almonds.

Dinner: green banana pineapple spinach smoothie.


Day six

Breakfast: blueberry raspberry spinach smoothie.

Lunch: vegetable salad with cauliflower, broccoli and cucumbers.

Snack: a cup of cherries and a glass of soy milk.

Dinner: grilled chicken with yogurt dressing.


Day seven

Breakfast: pineapple strawberry coconut smoothie.

Lunch: vegetable salad with fat-free lemon dressing.

Snack: homemade chips and cilantro with jalapeno sauce.

Dinner: broccoli potato casserole.
